I'm Jennifer Osborn, a clinical intern dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strength. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from New York University (NYU), where I gained a solid foundation in various therapeutic approaches and techniques.

Approach to Therapy:

My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
